Rates

• Rates are for a minimum of 24-hours rental. Additional hours will be calculated at one fifth excess hours of the daily rate, per hour. All rates are quoted in Brunei Dollars.
• Rates are inclusive of unlimited mileage, frequent flyer points (terms and conditions apply), 24-hours’ roadside assistance and delivery/pick up charges from airport during office hours.

Delivery & Pick Up Charges
Exceeding A Radius of 15-km from Airport (Within Brunei-Muara District)
A minimal fee of B$10.00 per service is applicable on Sundays, Public Holidays and after working hours (from 1701hrs to 0759hrs)

Tutong District
A minimal fee of B$15.00 per service is applicable from 0800hrs to 1700hrs during working hours and B$20.00 per service from 1701hrs to 0759hrs.

Kuala Belait/Seria District
A minimal fee of B$20.00 per service is applicable from 0800hrs to 1700hrs during working hours and B$25.00 per service from 1701hrs to 0759hrs.

Driver’s Age & License
Drivers must not exceed 65-years of age and must be above 21 years old and in possession of a valid driving license with qualified driving experience of at least one year. Probational license holders will not be accepted.

Additional Driver
A B $10.00 registration fee for fourth driver is applicable.

Fuel
Every Hertz vehicle is rented with a full tank of unleaded or diesel fuel and must be returned the same, Otherwise, Hirer will be charged for a refill of the same upon return.

Extension of Rental
Should the Hirer wish to extend the rental or authorize any additional driver, it is compulsory to advise Hertz immediately so that the insurance cover can be extended.

Parking Fees & Traffic Fines
These will be the responsibilities of the Hirer.

Surcharge for Driving into Malaysia

• For usage to Limbang, an additional surcharge of 30% will be included.
• For usage to Miri, an additional surcharge of 45% will be included.
• For usage to Lawas/Kota Kinabalu, an additional surcharge of 60% will be included.
